Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Your order number.
- Uncut video of unboxing is a must. Additionally photos of the item showing the damage or incorrect product received.
We will assess the situation and provide a resolution (e.g., store credit valid for 3 months) at our discretion.
Lost or Misdelivered Orders
- Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery caused by the courier service.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting the courier service directly for assistance.
Customer Responsibility
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
- We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
